Notary
The Credit Union has several notary publics on the premises for members' convenience. The notary service is free to Credit Union members. Valid State or Government Issued ID is required and the documents to be notarized must be signed in the presence of the notary.
Medallion Signature Guarantee
JHFCU offers a Medallion Signature Guarantee service to members who need signature guarantees connected to a sale, assignment, transfer or redemption of a security transaction up to $250,000. This program does not cover changes or transfers in ownership of a stock or mutual fund transaction, nor does it guarantee changes in address, name or beneficiaries.
Medallion Signature Guarantees are available in the branches. Ownership of the security must belong to the individual(s) presenting the documentation for signature. Please remember to bring the following to your appointment: Valid State or Government Issued ID, the most recent transaction statement showing investment value is equal to or less than $250,000, and any related documents to be guaranteed. All documents must be signed in the presence of the employee guaranteeing the signature.
