  • For first-time home buyers** with an income of $150,000 or less per year
  • Members must have paid rent and other credit obligations on time for the past 12 months
  • Requires no down payment* or private mortgage insurance payment
  • Members still need funds for closing costs, which can come from savings, gifts, or grants
  • Maximum loan amount is $500,000
  • Program can be used for the purchase of a one-unit primary residence (condominiums are not eligible)
  • Members must complete homeownership counseling
