I know that everyone is extremely busy at the CU so I called the day before around 4:50p to follow-up on my loan status. I want to commend Ms. Tina Horn for her exceptional help in getting my loan processed. When I opened my email this morning, I was very pleased to find Ms. Horn’s e-mail regarding my approved loan. I truly appreciate her time and effort in helping me. It has made all the difference for me to know that I can take care of important things now. Kudos to the electronic process it was very easy and efficient.
